DESCRIPTION
Two days/one night excursion on the EXPEDITION tourist train to one of the 7 wonders of the modern world, The Lost City of the Incas, MACHU PICCHU. Service provided in SIC BASIS or POOL (shared mode). For people looking for a different experience on their way to Machu Picchu at an unbeatable price, on a train with all the comforts on board, decorated with designs of the Inca culture and being able to visit the archaeological parks of the southern area of the city of Cusco which are Tipón and Pikillaqta, and furthermore, the temple San Pedro Apóstol of Andahuaylillas. The EXPEDITION train gives you the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent landscape and take incredible panoramic photographs of a trip like no other. Itinerary
DAY 1: CUSCO – SOUTH VALLEY

Pickup and transfer to the concentration point in order to get on the tourist transport and start the excursion.
09:00 AM
Departure from the city of Cusco and guided visit in the archaeological parks of:
- Tipón
- Pikillaqta
- San Pedro Apóstol of Andahuaylillas Temple
15:00 PM
End of the tour in the city of Cusco.
DAY 2: CUSCO – AGUAS CALIENTES TOWN – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

Pickup from the accommodation and transfer by tourist transport to the train station of the town of Ollantaytambo (located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas).
06:10 AM
Departure of the tourist train EXPEDITION from the train station of the town of Ollantaytambo to the train station of the town of Aguas Calientes.
07:40 AM
Arrival at the train station of the town of Aguas Calientes where the citadel of Machu Picchu is located. Then, pickup at the exit door of the train station.
08:15 AM
Transfer to the bus station in order to go up to the citadel of Machu Picchu.
09:00 AM
Start of the excursion in the citadel of Machu Picchu (2:30 hrs. of a guided tour).
11:30 AM
Completion of the guided tour in the citadel of Machu Picchu. After the excursion, free time to tour the place on your own (optional).
13:30 PM
Buffet lunch in the town of Aguas Calientes (service between 12:00 and 15:00 PM).

Departure of the tourist train EXPEDITION from the train station of the town of Aguas Calientes to the train station of the town of Ollantaytambo.

Arrival at the train station of the town of Ollantaytambo. Then, pickup at the exit door of the train station and transfer by tourist transport to the city of Cusco.

Arrival in the city of Cusco and transfer to the accommodation.
